Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief of Staff will work at the center of strategic decision-making. You'll partner directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive enterprise priorities, orchestrate high-stakes executive and Board forums, and lead initiatives that shape the future of our business. You will serve as a thought partner to the CEO and ELT, influencing strategic direction and ensuring alignment across all business units. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings clarity to complexity, and ensures outcomes are delivered with precision and impact. Success in this role means ELT priorities are executed flawlessly, Board engagement is seamless, and strategic projects deliver measurable business impact.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, and/or cross-functional program leadership.
  • Prior experience in corporate strategy is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions and align multiple business units toward common goals.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and Boards, with demonstrated success in influencing at the highest levels.
  • Experience managing ambiguity and driving clarity in complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to distill complexity into crisp, actionable narratives.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a bias for action.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams through execution of complex initiatives.
  • Proficiency with portfolio/project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira), analytics/BI dashboards, and executive presentation standards.

You will be:

Drive Enterprise Priorities

  • Establishing governance frameworks that enable ELT to make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
  • Identifying and synthesizing the most critical challenges facing the organization, ensuring leadership focuses on high-impact issues.
  • Translating executive intent into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Maintaining operating rigor by tracking progress, closing feedback loops, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Driving completion and clean transitions from initiative to business-as-usual (BAU) with appropriate transparency and documentation.

Orchestrate Executive & Board Forums

  • Overseeing Board engagement strategy, ensuring materials and discussions enable informed governance and strategic decision-making.
  • Owning the end-to-end Board preparation process, including calendar management, agenda design, content quality control, stakeholder readiness, and day-of logistics.
  • Ensuring ELT meetings drive strategic alignment and decision-making, leveraging insights to shape enterprise priorities.
  • Leading weekly ELT meetings by setting agendas, preparing presenters, distributing pre-reads, capturing decisions and follow-ups, and ensuring productive sessions that drive clarity and alignment.
  • Governing the cadence for Governance Committee meetings and partner on All Associates Meetings (AAM) to ensure seamless execution and strong engagement.

Lead Strategic Projects

  • Leading enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.
  • Sponsoring 2-3 high-impact projects annually that accelerate business priorities and provide visibility into key areas of the organization.
  • Establishing project charters, milestones, and governance frameworks; execute assigned workstreams to completion and transition outcomes to business-as-usual (BAU).

Build Relationships & Business Fluency

  • Developing trusted relationships with VPs, Senior Directors, and key associates across all functions to foster collaboration and accelerate execution.
  • Gaining deep fluency in the company's product portfolio, market trends, operational model, and financial levers to strengthen executive advising and decision-making.
