Packaging Team Lead *Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm)* *Pay: $22/hr. (Based on experience)* We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packaging Team Lead to oversee daily packaging and finishing operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys guiding a team and keeping production running smoothly. Job Description: Assign and manage daily tasks for full-time and temporary employees Monitor production output and quality to ensure goals are met Operate and support packaging and finishing equipment, including rewinders and sealing equipment Serve as a resource for team questions and process issues Train and coach new and existing team members Address quality issues and ensure inspection standards are followed Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures Track materials and supplies and request reorders when needed Support 6S standards by keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
