Buyer Planner Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm) Pay: $22/hr (Based on Experience) We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer/Planner to support production and purchasing operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning production schedules, managing material flow, and purchasing raw materials to ensure customer orders are completed and shipped on time. Job Description: Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities from order receipt through shipment Create and adjust production schedules to meet customer delivery dates Monitor raw material and component inventory and place purchase orders as needed Work with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve material shortages Identify production bottlenecks and take action to reduce delays Use ERP systems to create work orders, schedules, reports, and inventory records Generate production, capacity, and inventory reports for management Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Communicate schedule changes with customer service and internal teams Support continuous improvement efforts across the organization
