Support Middle Market Leadership and partner with relevant colleagues to develop a relevant value and service proposition for our clients responding to the needs and opportunities identified. Possess an awareness of larger team/ department strategies and customer needs!

The role reports to the North America Middle Market & Industry Strategy & Execution Leader and collaborates with Industry, Solution Line, and Functional Leadership (i.e., Sales Enablement, Sales, Finance, Ops).

What the day will look like

The person in this position will work with Cross-Functional leadership to conduct thorough research, analysis, and scenario planning to inform key strategic decisions. In addition, they will monitor and report on project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and making necessary adjustments to project plans. They will work closely with the Middle Market CEO, and strategy and execution leader to support with both short-term results, and long-term strategies.

Project Management
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, and schedule
  • Establish relationships with relevant client partners, offering day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and raise issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
Planning & Execution
  • Establish strong rapport with North America Middle Market leaders and colleagues and collaborate to develop and implement the organization's strategic priorities. Help prepare for external meetings and client events
  • Monitor performance against key business objectives and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Be informed of financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends to inform and support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, briefings, and reports for NA teams
Operational Leadership
  • Assist with the operational cadence of the organization, including supporting the planning and management of leadership team meetings and cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with key collaborators (Sales Enablement, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure the effective implementation of strategic plans. Support recurring CEO updates on key information and actions and aids in the execution
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams with varied strengths.
  • Improve operations by recognizing areas for improvement, simplifying procedures, and incorporating standard methodologies.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Three plus years of successful experience supporting business leadership.
  • Proven project management experience working with varied and multiple projects at a time.
  • Data analysis and reporting expertise combined with summarizing the results to tell the story.
  • Proficiency using MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Compile and prepare PowerPoint presentations including talking points.
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal abilities required to uphold a polished image when interacting with senior executives.
  • Deep understanding of client industries, market environments, and strategic positioning. Ability to employ industry trends and match them to relevant solutions and resources.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85k to 95k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
