Pay: $32.10 - $32.76/hr.

Join us as a Quality Supervisor in Warren, MI, where you'll lead small, high-performing teams in a unionized automotive production facility. What You'll Do



  • Supervise day-to-day quality control, inspection, and auditing activities across assigned areas.
  • Lead and coach hourly and salaried employees; issue discipline when required.
  • Create, implement, and sustain vehicle control plans to prevent defects from reaching customers.
  • Conduct daily process and vehicle audits across all shifts; report results to plant leadership.
  • Empowered to start or stop production based on quality, safety, or regulatory concerns.
  • Identify non-conformances, document findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze quality data and develop scorecards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
  • Support launch readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion standardization, error-proofing, and best practices across operations.



What You'll Bring

Required



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of quality or manufacturing experience
  • Experience supervising hourly or union-represented employees
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to analyze and present quality data
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed


Preferred



  • Automotive manufacturing or assembly plant experience
  • Quality auditing experience (Lead Auditor preferred)
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Basic knowledge of statistics
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
