Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

Help us build great teams that change communities. Join Gorman & Company as an HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities from job posting through offer acceptance

  • Conduct hiring manager intake meetings and provide guidance on recruiting processes

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage initial candidate outreach

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

  • Prepare and send offer letters, onboarding materials, and recruiting communications

  • Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment requirements

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage the shared recruiting inbox

  • Contribute creative ideas to improve attraction, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent required

  • One to two years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative coordination, or a related role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems and MS Office products

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record with ability to travel overnight as needed

  • Located within Wisconsin

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $50,000 annually, with opportunities for growth as you develop in the role
