Join our team as a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator at our Gracie's Village Community in Tempe, AZ! Are you passionate about empowering residents and strengthening communities? We're seeking a part-time Resident Services Coordinator for our 50-unit LITCH and HOME-supported community, in partnership with Gracie's Ministries. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging programs, hosting resident events, and offering one-on-one support to help residents achieve stability and success- while maintaining flexibility and balance. What You'll Do:
Build meaningful relationships with residents and community partners to suppport resident success and well-being. Design, coordinate, and host resident programs and community events in partnership with local organizations. Provide one-on-one support to residents, connecting them with employment, education, and supportive services. Assess resident needs and interests to create relevant, impactful programming. Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with property management to promote housing stability and a positive community environment. Create and share monthly resident communications, including newsletters and calendars.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred. Minimum two years of similar experience, including but not limited to, Social Work, Social Services, Behavioral Health, or Non-Profit. Ability to work independently and create projects and programs autonomously. Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills required. Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Intermediate computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Office. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License.
