How you will contribute

In this role within our Industrial Fabrication division, you will manage complex projects while ensuring technical accuracy and operational efficiency. You will oversee activities such as design, material procurement, shop coordination, and compliance with industry codes and standards. Our projects include custom solutions such as prefabricated piping assemblies, pressure vessels, atmospheric tanks, specialty metals, mezzanines, catwalks, and dust collection systems for industries including oil, gas, power, manufacturing, food, and energy. Your responsibilities will involve planning and organizing workflows, promoting effective information flow between teams, and collaborating with subject matter experts for challenging design and estimating requirements. You will also monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards, making decisions that directly impact financial performance and customer satisfaction. From project setup through closeout, you will ensure seamless execution and deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most out of your three-plus years of project management with industrial fabrication related projects. More experience will be fully utilized. A post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent of field experience is preferred. You will need knowledge of codes, a basic understanding of design and strong understanding of how to put together a disciplined estimate. Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
