Description Established in 1984, Christianson Roofing has proudly served Southern California for over 25 years. We specialize in new installations, re-roofing, and maintenance programs to maximize roof longevity. Known for quality workmanship and professional service, we're approved applicators for most major commercial and residential manufacturers. We are seeking a Staff Accountant for our Riverside, CA office. The Staff Accountant will support accurate and timely accounting and reporting for balance sheet and income statement accounts, provide accounting services including assisting in month end close and bank reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and providing accounting support to Finance and Operations personnel, prepare inputs to external financial reporting.This position reports to the Operating Unit President. Job Functions: Assist with processing accounts payable items in a timely manner Allocate expenses for the different entities and departments Assist with preparing month end close and bank reconciliations Assist with resolving any discrepancies or accounting issues Assist with journal entries and account analysis Organize work files and documents Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in general ledger software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service Salary - $70,000 to $90,000 (DOE) Christianson Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.
