Job Description Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Group FP&A team, you will deliver high-level financial review and strategic analysis to support senior leadership and the Board. This role consolidates company-wide performance, drives top-level budgeting and forecasting, and produces timely, accurate reporting and commentary. You will provide actionable insights that shape decisions and optimize profitability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis - conduct high level analysis of Group performance, identifying risks, opportunities and key driver

  • Board Reporting / Materials - presentations, memos

  • Quarterly Commentary - clear, insightful commentary on performance, trends and variances

  • Scenario Analysis - inclusive of macro trends, initiatives or special projects

  • Stakeholder Collaboration - partner with Finance teams across Sunbelt to gather data, validate assumptions and ensure alignment

  • Process Improvement - support evolution of FP&A processes, tools and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and transparency

Requirements: Education & Experience:
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree, in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of 3 years experience.

  • Experience including public accounting, public reporting or corporate FP&A

  • Comfortable with and a willing user of the latest FP&A technologies available

  • Foundation in public accounting (preferably Big 4) with working knowledge of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, IFRS, US GAAP, income statements, balance sheets, cash flows along with experience within FP&A

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff and management.

  • Ability to lead and influence others.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills required

  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $74,501.00 - 102,438.60

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
