Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to support the Software Integrated Product Team (IPT) at Eglin AFB, FL. This role is crucial for the efficient operation and sustainment of the Independent Verification and Validation (IVO) process. The Management and Support Specialist will facilitate a wide range of activities, from coordination and communication to logistical support and administrative tasks. This individual will be the central point of contact for various stakeholders, including development contractors, government representatives, and the team.

As a Program Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate all virtual (VTC/Teams) and in-person meetings, including scheduling, technical setup, and logistical support for travel.
  • Coordinate and support technical interchange meetings (TIMs), ensuring effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Support weekly synchronization meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Manage and track IVO-delivered findings, ensuring contract letters are sent to developers for remediation.
  • Coordinate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) from and to the IVO.

Technical Coordination:

  • Facilitate the resolution of security and IT issues and requests for the IVO team.

Contract and Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate activities with three different contractors providing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), ensuring proper functionality and availability and delivery.

Process Management and Improvement:

  • Track and review the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of future sustainment plans.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the software team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent discipline.

  • At least 3 years of program management or equivalent experience post degree.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Active Secret clearance required to start, TS eligible and be able to maintain a DoD Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of program management or equivalent experience post degree.

  • Proven experience in a coordination or support role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., VTC, Teams) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Experience with contract management and vendor coordination is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
