Performance Improvement Analyst III Position Summary The Performance Improvement Analyst III identifies and implements process improvement opportunities across the organization using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and modern automation tools. This individual will lead efforts to assess and drive opportunities to achieve productivity gains, realize cost reductions, mitigate risks, and enhance both customer and associate experiences. Leveraging low-code platforms and workflow automation solutions, the Analyst will design and deploy scalable, automated processes that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Drawing upon their analytical expertise and digital transformation skills, this role will uncover key insights hidden in vast amounts of data and enable smarter, faster decision-making to deliver even better products and services for Simmons customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the development, prioritization and execution of performance improvement opportunities utilizing continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
- Maximizes operational efficiencies and leverages technology to its fullest extent.
- Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams following the DMAIC roadmap, Lean A3, and/or a combination of any other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to create business process models, change management procedures, and business process re-engineering.
- Leads development of value stream mapping and process engineering.
- Assist in developing key performance metrics and assist business units in establishing efficient ways to track data in a meaningful way.

- Proficient in analyzing complex data sets, querying databases, and preparing reports/dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
- Confident leveraging low-code platforms and workflow automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other productivity tools for documentation, analysis, and presentation.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex reports and regulatory documents with clarity and precision.
Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA Degree (four year) from an accredited university/college OR
- 3-7 years' experience in a performance improvement, process engineering, data analytics, or similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
- LEAN/Six Sigma Certification
- Prior banking experience
- Prior Microsoft Power Platform experience
