This position is designed for students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related fields. The US Commercial Marketing Internship is a full-time, 10-week program that offers hands-on experience supporting downstream marketing efforts for our Shoulder and Upper Extremity product portfolios.

As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate closely with the commercial marketing team on key initiatives, including new product launch activities, portfolio management tasks, and other projects that will help drive our business forward. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make meaningful contributions while learning how innovative medical technologies are brought to market.

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is naturally curious, proactive, and ready to dive into problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and in a team environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with US Commercial Shoulder and Upper Extremities Marketing team to complete specifically identified Intern projects

  • Present project conclusion to senior leadership

  • Attend Sales Training (travel may be required)

  • Interface with Orthopedic Surgeons

  • Observe Orthopedic live surgical cases or cadaveric labs

What will you need to be successful?

Education:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's, (i.e. Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Accounting, etc.).

Experience:

Previous applicable internship, co-op, part-time, or academic project experience in operations or process improvement is preferred

Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills including technical writing, listening and speaking; ability to influence others.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project completion.

  • High learning agility with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.

  • Independent thinking and the ability to work within a team is required.

  • Ability to assess technical issues and develop solutions utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Requires the ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple tasks, assignment changes, periodic heavy workload, rapidly changing technology, and dynamic business growth; time management and organization skills are a must.
