The Fremont Warehouse is a key operations hub supporting Cytek's internal teams and external customers. This facility is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and materials that enable our business to run efficiently and meet customer needs. As a Warehouse Associate at the Cytek Biosciences Fremont Warehouse, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship supplies and materials to both internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner. You will also efficiently and safely transport, sort, and stock materials to support warehouse operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles (e.g., hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, elevator).

  • Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.

  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.

  • Pick, pack, and ship materials and products.

  • Process all packages for shipping and handle returned merchandise.

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and replenish stock from backup locations as needed.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

  • Participate in quality improvement efforts.

  • Perform required administrative tasks and prepare all necessary reports and correspondence.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.

  • Forklift certification required.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.

  • Acute attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
