1st Shift Front Desk - Part Time - Rotating Weekends

$17.00 per Hour

1^st shift - Rotating Weekends

7am- 3pm

Holiday pick-up required.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the receptionist area to provide a professional ambiance.
• Answer phone calls and/or greet walk-in traffic and provide information; record and disseminate information to appropriate staff as needed/required.
• Interactions with residents and families in a manner which contributes to a positive lifestyle for residents.
• Serves as a manager on duty, responsible for responding to building and resident emergencies following company policies.
• Monitor, respond to, and report emergencies involving residents and the building; communicate with emergency services/first responders as needed. (i.e., fire department and police staff.)
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Complete written recording of resident, building, and employee incidents per policy.
• Filing, posting, stocking marketing materials, brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc
• Computer software and program usage, and some administrative tasks will be required
