We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Data Governance to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: * Defines, maintains, and executes the roadmap for AI Resiliency & Production Governance in alignment with the broader enterprise AI Governance & Control strategy and scope. * Leads endtoend strategic planning and oversight for AI production controls, including governance checkpoints, exception handling, and continuous improvement across postproduction lifecycle management. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, data/AI, risk management) or equivalent work experience *9-11 years experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred; familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory expectations. Deep subject matter expertise in AI Governance within Financial Services, including production governance, resiliency, controls, and change/issue management. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
