Position Summary The Director of Player Development for Lipscomb Baseball is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive programs to maximize student-athlete performance, both on and off the field. This role leverages advanced technology, individualized growth plans, and collaborative practice management to foster holistic development, working closely with the coaching staff to help athletes reach their full potential.
