Location: Weymouth, MA - Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Inpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, with one required "late day" of 12:00pm - 8:00pm per week

Pay rate: $27.50-$29.50/hour

The Lead Counselor is responsible for:



  • Providing quality individual and group clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing requirements, accreditation entities, and organizational standards
  • Developing, implementing and revises individual treatment plans for assigned clients
  • Completing and documenting all required assessments, treatment plans and transition plans, including clinical progress documentation and billing paperwork in established required time frames
  • Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained * Refers clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary
  • Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients
  • Attending individual and group supervision and in-services as required
  • Referring clients to services using Spectrum's continuum of care and demonstrates efforts to maximize the internal referrals within Spectrum's continuum when appropriate
  • Participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews and conferences

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • LADC I or CADAC certification preferred, but not required
  • At least two years' experience working in a substance abuse treatment, case management role or closely related field
  • Bachelor's Degree
