Support the management of the company's real estate portfolio including development of new facilities and administration of existing facilities with the goals of providing cost-effective occupancy solutions and long-term operational capacity. Manages the domestic portfolio for designated markets.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in real estate, finance, business. Minimum Experience Six (6) years professional commercial or industrial real estate negotiating, acquisition, management, and finance experience, including experience with contract negotiations, and service agreement negotiations and related real estate/facility transactions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of commercial real estate including commercial real estate transactions. Knowledge of contracts relative to commercial real estate. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills. PC skills required preferably with MS Office.
