Description
Continental Properties is looking for a Multifamily Compliance Assurance Coordinator to join our Operations team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. As Multifamily Compliance Assurance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our apartment community teams by ensuring compliance with affordable housing requirements. You'll review lease files, oversee reporting to local housing commissions, and conduct audits to maintain regulatory standards. In addition, you'll analyze community performance indicators to identify training needs and help drive operational excellence. You will report to the Manager of Centralization - Screening. We support a hybrid work model if located in the Milwaukee area, and we are also open to remote candidates if located in one of our core markets (AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, TX, TN, and WI). Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
