Loadout Crew Leader- Night Shift - Leoti, KS

JOB PURPOSE

The Loadout Crew Leader is responsible for leading the animal movement team to ensure safe and proper loading of market hogs from commercial finisher buildings under the direction of the Loadout Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Understand intercompany customer/supplier requirements to ensure quality of product.
• Ensure that all Seaboard Foods loadout, animal handling, and safety guide procedures and guidelines are always followed by all team members.
• Provide leadership to team members by communicating objectives, training, scheduling, and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure the accuracy of documentation and information regarding each market load.
• Review all hourly payroll calculations, if applicable.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A clear and valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
