Summer Accounting Intern

Hexcel is currently seeking a Summer Accounting Intern for our Stamford, CT location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Participate in ERP implementation project including data clean-up, account reconciliations and data verification.

• Participate in monthly/quarterly closing process including consolidation and preparation of monthly financial statements, analysis and reports

• Assist in the preparation of various monthly journal entries as part of the month end close process

• Assist in the second quarter 2026 10-Q and Press Release processes including compiling support documentation and assisting in the preparation of certain footnotes

• Special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• At least 2 years of college studies completed and working towards a four-year or graduate degree in accounting or finance or related degree program

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions as directed

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including creating pivot tables and navigating workbooks, reports, and tabs)
