What you will do:

The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis manager will play a significant role in driving enterprise level financial planning, forecasting and performance measurement. This role partners with senior leadership, segment finance leadership and corporate functions to deliver actionable reporting and support strategic decision making. Responsible for supporting the annual operating plan, monthly outlook and financial recaps, enterprise key performance measure reporting and key strategic initiatives.

How you will do it:

  • Assist in managing the preparation of annual budgets, outlook, and long-range financial plans.

  • Maintain and develop standardized financial reporting across the different segments.

  • Prepare monthly financial package deliverables to executive leadership.

  • Review monthly financial results and business metrics and identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving financial objectives.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required monthly reporting packages and presentations.

  • Analyze complex business problems, using data from multiple sources to provide insights to decision-makers.

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to corporate FP&A team

  • Partner with Controllership and Cash teams to ensure alignment and standardization.

  • Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience in all aspects of business control.

  • Ability to support and control financial results in a multi-location field operation.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving capabilities.

  • Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.

  • Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
