What you will do and how you will do it:

  • Design, develop, and implement software and hardware solutions to address customer needs at the system level.

    • Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives to propose effective solutions.

    • Design, build, and customize product applications, configurations, and solution packages with detailed integration of all components. (software, hardware)

    • Test, troubleshoot, and document deployment, configuration, usage, and support procedures; provide enduser training when necessary.

    • Deliver technical support by diagnosing and resolving customerreported issues.

    • Lead continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen) to enhance and upgrade solutions based on customer feedback, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity standards.

  • Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise application lab environment across multiple geographic locations.

    • Build and manage physical, virtual, and cloudbased lab network infrastructures.

    • Maintain an uptodate inventory of all software, hardware, and thirdparty integration components.

    • Develop a dynamic dashboard to monitor location, health status, performance, and inventory of all lab environment components.

  • Collaborate with the internal cybersecurity team to implement, harden, and validate all application components and solutions to ensure compliance with security standards.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience developing, programming, and supporting C#, .NET, and webbased application solutions at the system level.

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ports, and multilayer data communications.

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java, and scripting languages such as Python, Postman and PowerShell.

  • Experience addressing security, vulnerability, and cybersecurity issues in software and hardware solutions.

  • Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000 - 118,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
