A Taste of What You'll Do Under general supervision, this role supports the maintenance of wastewater drainage and pond systems, keeps storm drains clear, and performs routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure efficient operation of ponds and related components. You'll also support landscaping and grounds projects-mowing, trimming, planting, sprinkler installation and repair, and maintaining flowerbeds, trees and weed control-while operating and caring for gas-powered tools and grounds equipment. Routine application of pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers is part of the work, following all safety and regulatory guidelines. We seek someone who takes ownership, thinks proactively, and brings intrapreneurial energy to improve processes and solve problems. You'll engage in special projects as assigned, maintain reliable attendance and timeliness, and document work to meet quality, environmental and safety standards. Training and clear procedures will be provided; safe work practices and proper use of PPE are expected at all times.
