Position Summary The Sr. Analyst Business Continuity & Emergency Response reports to the Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery and will provide support to the Business Continuity (BC) and Emergency Response (ER) Programs by coordinating and developing contingency planning efforts with JetBlue's departments and BlueCities. The Sr. Analyst supports the maintenance, and testing of BC and ER plans, exercises, training, audits and reporting. The Sr. Analyst is expected to participate in and support Crisis Management Team activations, other crisis events and on-call rotation. Essential Responsibilities
- Create new crisis plans, and oversee the maintenance of existing plans through collaboration with plan and checklist owners
- Supports development and maintenance of BC and ER systems, to include administration, configuration and training needs
- Develops exercise materials for BC and ER programs, to include presentation decks, exercise plans and after action reports; manages evaluations and corrective actions
- Provide onsite support and guidance to BlueCities to ensure response readiness; to include station start-ups, seasonal re-starts, business partner updates and airport exercises
- Conducts audits of crisis response spaces and equipment, reports findings and assists in corrective action tracking
- Coordinate with IT on disaster recovery exercises and the onboarding of new critical applications
- Prepare BC and ER data summary reports for senior leaders, BC Steering Committee and others as needed
- Supports crisis response activations, other crisis events; participates in on-call rotation and sends out alert notifications when needed
- Create, implement, and manage ad-hoc projects as needed

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Three (3) years analytical (or related) experience in Business Continuity, Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery or Aviation field
- Experience in business resiliency or disaster recovery program management
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects, with strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner and provide leadership when needed
- Available for occasional overnight travel (20%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for a visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Response, Crisis Management, or Business Continuity
- Prior experience in conducting full scale exercises
- DRI International Certification
- Has deployed to command centers for crisis situations
- Has developed key industry (public/private) relationships

Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is between $66,000.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
