    • Work with external consultants or contractors to address non-compliance issues as needed.

  5. Project Management:

    • Lead or support infrastructure improvement projects, from design through to implementation, ensuring safety, budget compliance, and project timelines.
    • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and mitigate operational disruptions during projects.

  6. Health and Safety:

    • Ensure all infrastructure systems meet safety standards and are properly maintained to prevent accidents or environmental hazards.
    • Coordinate with the Health and Safety team to develop emergency protocols related to building system failures or environmental hazards.

  7. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of all system maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
    • Ensure that all regulatory documents, maintenance logs, and compliance reports are well-documented and easily accessible.

  8. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with operations, production, and facility management teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure support with overall plant operations.
    • Provide training and guidance to facility personnel on proper operation and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.

Qualifications:
