About This Team:

  • Reporting to the Director of Global Account BasedMarketing(ABM), theABMLead,Healthcare, North America (NAM) plays a critical rolein driving customer engagement,usingvertical,account, contact andmarketinginsights toinformGTMstrategy,messaging,andplanning.

  • The primary focus is on helping our Go-To-Market (GTM)teamsgain traction in the account:improvingcustomer sentiment,creatingand deepening relationships, andovercomingbarriers to engagement.Ultimately, theaim isto increaseadoptionof Citrix technology within this key sector.


Job Description/Responsibilities:


  • You will focus on a portfolio of existing enterprise Healthcare customers and work closely with GTM, digital marketing, events, and performance marketingteamsto deliver ABMactivities thataregrounded in data modeling, pattern identification, customer intelligence, and performance insights.In return,these activities will lead todeeper customerengagement, surface new relationships, anddemonstrateCitrix's value through measurable, insightbacked impact.

    The role demands curiosity and deep analytical rigor, in particular the ability to drill into complex data on accounts,contacts, andcampaigns, deliveringinsights that inform GTM teams and Marketing campaigns.comfortable interrogating account behavior, segmentation data, campaign performance metrics, and market data sets to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for optimization. The role is suited for a datacentric marketer with strong analytical acumen, able to translate data into engagement strategies that meaningfully influence account progression.

    Collaboration withGTMleadership, as well as Sales and TechnicalStrategistsiskey,and youwill work closelyfrom the outsetto understand goals, priorities, andbarriersto success.You will be expected to be a regular contributor at GTM teammeetingsand as such, you must be an expert communicator whousesdatastorytelling todistill complex data into clear insights and recommendations for these teams.

    Finally, youwill haveextensiveknowledge and experiencein theHealthcareSector,possibly fromworking in this sector. Thiswillhelp toestablishcredibilityand relationships withbothGTMteamsand customers. This will also ensure thatmarketingactivities anddeliverablesare relevantand tailoredtoHealthcareaudiences.



    Primary Accountabilities

    Strategy Development & Execution

    • Usesvertical and account insights to develop ABM strategies aligned to GTM objectives,leveragingdeepdatainsightstoidentifyadoption barriers and opportunities.


    • BuildsHealthcare engagement plans grounded in historical data, segmentation,customerbehavior patterns, competitive activity, and regulatory context.


    • Partner with Marketing teams to enhance messaging and engagement strategies using databacked insights.


    • Where required, build dedicatedABMstrategies forfocusaccountsnominatedby GTM Leaders.



    Collaboration

    • Forge close alliances withSales and Technical Executive Leaders,andpartner closely withGTMteams to understandrequirements,priorities,relationships,and strategic delivery gaps.


    • Work withGTM teamsto ensure thatmarketingcampaignsare aligned to strategicobjectives, whiledeliverables meet the needs of the business and target outcomes.


    • Support account strategy planning with market intelligence, customer behavior analytics, and account intimacy data.



    Events

    • Support audienceacquisitionand follow-up forHealthcaremarketing events,usingdataanalysis fortargeting,segmentationand follow-up.


    • PromoteplannedCitrixevents toGTMteams,providinginsights to ensure thatevents are targeted at theoptimumaudiences and customer invitations arepersonalized where possible.


    • Work with the Events team to track andprovesuccessfuldelivery ofeventsvia agreed key metrics, as well as sharing feedback on event improvement opportunities.



    KPIs & Reporting

    • MonitorperformanceagainstKPIs using analytics,dashboards,and reporting.


    • Establishregularreporting,deliveringcustomerdatainsightsincludingcampaignengagement, use cases, tech plays, new and existingcontacts.


    • Uses data storytelling to interpret and present complex insights to stakeholders


    • PartnerswithPerformance Marketingand Marketing Operationstoanalyzecampaignoutcomes,andcustomer insightsto developstrategies,contentand messaging.



    DataAnalysis

    • Conduct ongoing market, vertical, and competitor analysis.


    • Drill intoaccount,contactandcampaigndata-setsacross multiple platforms


    • Work withGTMteams todeliverinsights,content,and next best actions which inform and shape customer engagement, as well asimprove customer sentiment.


    • Sharevertical/ customer insightswith otherteams,to inform design and delivery of marketing content andactivities,e.g.Platform Marketing, Moments that Matter.


    Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experienceacrossmarketing functionse.g.communications, digitalmarketing,ABM,orMarketResearch.

  • Proven experiencein AccountBased Marketing, or a similar role, preferably B2B and in a technology-focused industry.

  • Exceptional data analysis skills andtheability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Experience in using data visualization toolse.g.Power BI, Looker Studio

  • Effectively usesdata storytelling topresent complex insights to Executive and GTMaudiences.

  • Demonstrable use ofcritical thinking and problem-solvingto break down complex problems andidentifysolutions.

  • Significantexperiencein theHealthcareSector,within-depthknowledge,andunderstanding ofhealthcarechallenges,priorities, funding, services,andKPIs.

  • Strong verbal and writtencommunicationsskills.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes

  • Excellent presentation skillsand equally able to present to executive,salesand technical audiences.

  • Oral and written fluency inEnglish.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's ormaster's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, orrelatedfield.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
NY generally ranges: $130,411-$195,617
CA generally ranges: $136,081-$204,121
All other locations fall under our General State range: $113,401-$170,101
