Mobility Engineer

We are seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated Mobility Engineer to join our group of Information Technology professionals. Travel: Up to 10%

You Will:

• Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, Defender policies, and application deployment.
• Manage security baselines and compliance policies to meet organizational security standards
• Package and deploy applications using Intune, ensuring proper distribution and version control
• Collaborate with application owners to streamline the deployment process.
• Create and manage configuration profiles to enforce settings and restrictions on devices
• Plan and execute upgrades to Intune services and stay current with feature releases.
• Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.
• Working/supporting MDM and Endpoint Management for enterprise customers
• At least 6 years working with Microsoft products to include Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements
• Able to work independently as well in a team environment
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Risk analysis and Remediation Planning
• Ability to tactfully handle and articulate customer critical issues and work in a high-stress environment
• Perform self-directed learning in a rapidly changing environment
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide variety of iOS and/or Android mobile devices
• Management and maintain certificate lifecycle

You Have:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Desired Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance Level: Secret.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum 6 years of experience (8 years preferred) managing Intune or other MDM platforms
• Certification: DoD 8570 IAT II or higher certification e.g. Sec+
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance using Intune.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customization is a plus
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Experience working with MSFT Teams administration.
• Experience working with DOD/DHS security regulations and DISA STIGs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working with Purebred derived credentials or equivalent
• Knowledge of Samsung Knox, Managed Google Play Store, Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP), Apple iOS APN certificates, and Volume Purchase Program (VPP) apps is a plus
