WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

The Brand Partnerships team is Hallmark's externalfacing growth engine inside Brand Experiences. We design, sell, and deliver partnerships and activations that enhance the magic of our experiences while driving measurable business value- for Hallmark and for our partners. Our remit spans the Hallmark Christmas Experience (HCE), the Hallmark Christmas Cruise (HCC), and emerging experiences. We integrate partners in ways that elevate ambiance, deepen engagement, and keep Hallmark as the hero.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING & THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

The Partnership Strategy Specialist operationalizes Hallmark's brand partnerships by helping to drive day-to-day coordination, CRM upkeep, asset management, and cross functional workflows that support activations across Brand Experience programs. The role streamlines partner deliverables, timelines, and reporting to ensure activations align with partner objectives and Hallmark brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Operations & Deliverables: Maintain master deliverable trackers (scope, deadlines, owners, status) across all active partnerships; proactively surface risks and mitigation options. Own intake and documentation of partner assets (logos, copy, approvals, usage rights), ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Independently manage and fully own a designated portfolio of lowerrevenue partner accounts- including daytoday communication, deliverable execution, status reporting, and recap development- ensuring consistent, highquality service and reliable operational support with Partnership Strategy Consultant supervision.
  • Project Management & CRM: Assist with project management timelines and CRM records including templates, automations, and dashboards for external partners. Drive "single source of truth" practices: meeting notes, decisions, and tasks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Activation Planning & Onsite Support: Build detailed run of show, access credentials, and partner coordination packets for event days (e.g., Cruise activations). Provide onsite execution support, as needed.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Prepare concise bi-weekly status briefs for partners (progress, risks, decisions needed).
  • Process & Tooling Improvements: Recommend workflow refinements; pilot automations (e.g., asset requests) to reduce manual effort and cycle time. Contribute to Brand Partnership playbooks for repeatable excellence across all partnerships.
