Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$31.15 - $42.04 / hour

The Manager Project Quality ensures that infection prevention and containment standards are maintained during all construction, renovation, and special maintenance projects. The role focuses on compliance with ICRA, ALSM, and AHJ requirements to minimize risks to patients, staff, and visitors. This position coordinates project quality controls, documentation, and inspections to verify installations meet regulatory and design standards. It also manages and budgets for special maintenance projects such as exterior painting, waterproofing, and roof restoration. In addition, the Manager Project Quality assists the Responsible Facility Authority (NFPA 99 2021 Medical Gas requirements) in administering the Permit-to-Work system to ensure safe work practices and adherence to healthcare compliance requirements across all facilities.

This position reports to the Director of Plant Operations System Services. The individual works independently and collaboratively with top leadership for all Lee Health facilities, Project Engineers, vendors, and staff.

Education: Bachelors degree in construction management or related field required or seven (7) years multi-site management experience in lieu of degree required.

Experience: Technical & construction background with a minimum of six (6) years experience required.

Certification: ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Personal required
