As a Quality Product Labeling Specialist you'll be a key contributor on our Labeling & Technical Documentation team, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of product labeling that supports medical technologies used worldwide. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the business to review and develop technical content, improve labeling processes, and support global regulatory and quality requirements. You'll help shape SOPs, MOPs, and work instructions while gaining deep product and industry knowledge in a dynamic, teamoriented manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Obtains knowledge of the business' products and the therapies in which they are used.
  • Obtains knowledge of industry, regulatory, linguistic, and publication standards and applies this knowledge to the completion of all projects.
  • Works with internal customers to produce technical content that addresses technical problems of moderate complexity within areas of responsibility.
  • Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to review technical content in order to achieve specific and immediate business objectives; metrics will be used to determine effectiveness of content.
  • Work with the SMEs to gather information about the products to review technical content.
  • Checks-in/Checks-out labels from Windchill system and routes the labels through the workflow to the correct people.
  • Prints labels for content reviews in various formats for review.
  • Supports internal efforts to improve timeliness and ensure product quality to external customers.
  • Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to operating policies, SOPs, and WINs, where appropriate.
  • Supports non-US based facilities in meeting Quality System and regulatory requirements.
  • Takes the initiative to report on project status and anticipates and alerts manager and internal customers of potential project difficulties.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education
Bachelor's degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience
Requires experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills



  • Functional knowledge of industry and regulatory, marketing, linguistic, and publication standards and applies this knowledge to the completion of all projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing/editing, graphic design.
  • Organizing skills and the ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and comfortably with all levels within the businesses.
  • Able to drive for results- seeing projects through completion.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Develops or participates in the development of solutions to problems of moderate to intermediate complexity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools and methodology, continuous improvement techniques, and basic project management skills



LOCATION

Lakewood, Colorado - Onsite (Hybrid) - Open to candidates willing to relocate to the area.

Target Pay Range:$70,400.00to$87,900.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:7.0%
