Responsible for developing sales strategies related to aggregate, ready-mix, and asphalt product sales for commercial, industrial, and residential construction applications; builds and maintains customer relationships in the interest of supporting increasing the Company's market share of the production industry in local markets Position can be based out of Fort Collins, CO or Cheyenne, WY. Main Responsibilities:
* Embrace the Company's safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required Skiills:
* 5 years prior experience in sales account management or a related field required Physical Requirements:
* Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company safety guidelines Benefits and Perks:
Compensation*: $125,000-$160,000 Yearly/DOE *Estimated target starting compensation; actual compensation to be determined based on assessment of an individual's qualifications, education, and experience relevant to the role. Benefits: All full-time hourly employees are eligible to participate in Simon benefits as defined in plan documents.
