Ceremony of Roses is seeking a Director, Ecommerce Operations to own the end-to-end digital commerce experience across artist and brand storefronts. This role carries full accountability for both the consumer-facing ecommerce experience and the operational foundations that enable scale, including inventory visibility, ERP integrations, and order flow. The Director is responsible for site performance, conversion, and fan experience, while setting direction across technology, operations, and commercial teams to ensure ecommerce platforms are tightly integrated with backend systems and supply chain workflows. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on ownership of live, consumer-facing ecommerce experiences. What you'll do:
