Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)

Shift:

Day Shift Hours: 6:45 am - 7 pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) or 6 am - 6 pm (12-hour rotating shifts)

Night Shift Hours: 6:45 pm - 7 am (4-4 rotating schedule)

This Production Worker job in Rogersville is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.

What You Need to Make the Cut

Prior Experience in warehouse, picker/packer, and assembly experience is preferred, but not required

Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting (up to) 50 lbs. bending, and staying active.

Dependability: You show up, gear up, and get the job done.

What You'll Handle Each Shift

• Assemble and offload products.
• Pack items into crates.
• Complete the required paperwork.
• Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly.
• Keep work areas safe and organized.
• Utilize in-line assembly equipment (strappers, wrappers, labelers, nail guns, and staple guns).
• Show up on time, ready to hustle.
• Team up with your crew to hit daily goals.
