Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies.
• Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding paperwork.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help track attendance, time-off requests, and employee updates.
• Support benefits enrollment and HR data entry as needed.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
