Responsibilities * Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, analytical thinking, mentoring, and problemsolving skills. * Take a proactive approach to identifying issues, improvement opportunities, and system performance bottlenecks. * Work with traditional infrastructure platforms, including hypervisors, SAN, and NAS technologies. * Administer Windows operating systems and participate in scheduled offhours maintenance and oncall rotations. * Apply working knowledge of the ITIL framework for service management best practices. * Provide proven experience deploying, configuring, and managing resources in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. * Exhibit hands-on expertise with public cloud technologies including: * IaaS (compute, networking, security, IAM, storage) * PaaS (gateway services, databases, application services) * Utilize DevOps and IaC tools such as Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Terraform for automation and infrastructure provisioning. * Maintain strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and costmanagement best practices. * Preferred: Knowledge of Linux operating systems. * Preferred: Additional hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP beyond the required baseline. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
