What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a high-availability technology campus location.
• Control access at entry points by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and escort requirements, and documenting deliveries and contractor activity per site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and building management notifications, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while escalating per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Complete detailed reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership, client representatives, and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
