Are you ready to be a catalyst for change? Our Product Management team is a pivotal part in developing and maintaining tools for data-driven decision making, including dashboards, ad hoc reports, and analysis of results.

The role demands a deep reservoir of knowledge, sharp investigative and Excel skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring accurate and timely data is provided.

How You Will Create an Impact

  • Lead collaboration on data projects and strategic use of data across multiple divisions.
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence teams in the design and development of comprehensive dashboards to monitor growth & profitability
  • Identify and address trends and issues in regional or business line results through complex data analysis and collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Drive effective use of data in decision-making by teaching and communicating proper usage of data to a variety of internal business partners.
  • Mentor Product Management Analysts, set service standards, oversee quality, and guide project priorities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • In-depth knowledge of the US P&C Insurance space, which typically comes with your 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance product management or underwriting.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive within an ever-evolving environment.
  • Sharp analytical skills to navigate large, complex data.
  • Disciplined focus on execution, accuracy, and followthrough with a sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management talents.

The typical base salary range is $75,000 - $110,000. In addition, we're proud to offer a range of competitive and comprehensive benefits packages.
