Are you a big-picture thinker who can bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution? Mosaic is looking for an Enterprise Architect to serve as a strategic orchestrator of our technology ecosystem. Unlike a Solution Architect who focuses on specific project implementations, you will be responsible for the high-level design of our entire enterprise-wide landscape, ensuring every IT initiative directly advances our business goals. Your Impact * Strategic Alignment: Develop and leverage business capability models to create a shared understanding of our functions and align IT strategy with business priorities. * Architectural Blueprinting: Design and document future-state architectures-including conceptual, logical, and physical diagrams-to support long-term objectives. * Standards Leadership: Define and enforce the architectural principles and patterns that ensure consistency and quality across the entire enterprise. * Governance & Oversight: Provide high-level architectural guidance to solution architects and development teams within the Agile SDLC. * Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential for adding real business value. * Ecosystem Optimization: Analyze the current IT environment to identify risks, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. | |
