As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Amana, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, directing visitor traffic, and documenting entries and exits per location procedures.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate notable observations to site leadership, and support operational continuity through clear radio and/or phone communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Loss Prevention is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
