Job Summary This role is responsible for ensuring all field colleagues, branches,and brands are properly licensed and accounted for in the companylicensing software. This includes but is not limited to new hireapplications, license transfers, business registrations, countyregistrations, California Pesticide usage Reports, California Schoolreports, WDO reports submissions, requesting checks, tracking CEUcourses, and tracking regulatory complaints. This role will also assistwith training files, applicable pesticide permits, business licensing,and local association fee management. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Excellent understanding and proficiency in Lycensed and able to assist with training for fieldleaders to ensure adoption, utilization, and compliance of/in system. * Receives and updates licenses or certifications for initial set up/renewal and escalateslicense issues to the responsible parties. * Works with the branches, routing and scheduling teams, and other applicable colleagues toensure proper licenses or certifications are assigned to each employee as defined by companypolicy and regulations. * Assists with license applications, renewals, and transfers. * Maintains standards for license requirements, verifiable documentation, andupdates/communicates requirements to field management as needed. * Ensures and monitors compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. * Occasionally serves as subject matter expert for regulatory requirements and ensures locationsand employees are following federal, state and local laws pertaining to licensing and regulatoryreporting. * Assists with the mediation of administrative regulatory concerns and representing the companyinterests when necessary. * May serve as liaison with state regulatory and pest control associations. Required Experience and Qualifications * Attention to detail and analytical skills * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret government regulations Arizona regulations. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to audience inquiries * Ability to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic, and personal accountability, with theability to help mitigate stressful scenarios while partnering with department and field leadership * Ability to listen with empathy * Ability to maintain sound judgement and high ethical standards, and willing to notify appropriateleadership if rules, regulations, and policies are not being followed at any level in theorganization * Ability to problem solve * Strong verbal and written communication skills Formal Education, Qualifications or Training * High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience; Associate degree preferred While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
