Duties, Responsibilities & Other

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to play a critical role in scaling our technology delivery organization by translating market demand into actionable staffing, capacity, and delivery plans. This position partners closely with delivery and growth teams to bring operational rigor, data discipline, and predictability to how work is planned, resourced, and executed. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative-someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and people, and who is motivated by building repeatable operating rhythms that enable growth, transparency, and high performance.

Responsibilities Include:

    Provide operations support by turning market demand into executable delivery plans and staffing and capacity recommendations.
  • Maintain the resource management system and capacity planning processes to improve staffing predictability and operational scale.
  • Convert demand into a managed backlog; support backlog prioritization and propose staffing plans for Delivery team confirmation and Growth team expectation-setting.
  • Own operational data completeness and discipline ensuring projects and resources are entered and kept current in required systems to enable forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standards, templates, and delivery efficiency enablers; manage the templates and standards library and track adoption.
  • Run and support the operating cadence (resource & delivery meetings; KPI reviews; business reviews) and prepare accurate reporting materials/dashboards.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reporting focused on staffing predictability, standards adoption, and skills readiness and capacity alignment.
  • Support talent planning by maintaining skills visibility/inventory, tracking individual training plans, and coordinating gap closure through upskilling or hiring recommendations.
  • Support cross-team information flows by publishing staffing plans, utilization/capacity views, standards/templates updates, training progress, and performance dashboards.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education, Skills and/or experiences required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 5 years in operations, PMO, resource management, business analytics, or technology services operations (consulting preferred).
  • Experience with capacity/utilization analysis, staffing coordination, and multi-project planning/backlog tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to create recurring KPI reporting and dashboards; strong data quality and operational discipline.
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and comfort working with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).

Education, Skills and/or experiences preferred

  • Experience supporting a demand, backlog and staffing process and running resource/delivery cadences.
  • Experience managing standards/templates libraries and adoption tracking.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM) and delivery/financial visibility workflows.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP/CAPM, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, Power BI/Data).
