The ideal Clinical Manager (RN) is a collaborative, handson clinical leader who excels at supporting teams and enhancing daytoday operations. This role is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, leads with empathy, and maintains a strong commitment to quality, safety, and staff development. As a Clinical Manager, you will work closely with practice leadership to strengthen clinical workflows, coach RN and MA teams, and cultivate a positive, accountable, and highperforming culture.

Our Internal Medicine practice in Biddeford is a fastpaced, teambased environment supported by a multidisciplinary care model that includes physicians, APPs, and integrated behavioral health. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and patientcentered care. Leadership is structured through a dyad partnership between the Clinical Manager and Practice Manager, enabling focused attention on clinical operations, staff development, and daytoday practice performance. This model fosters a supported, engaged, and highly effective care team.

This role is based at our Biddeford Maine practice location.

Summary:
The Manager - Clinical Ambulatory Care is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical work flow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will work with physicians, midlevel providers and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
