THE ROLE

The Program Management Analyst supports AMD's changemanagement organization by maintaining internal and customer Bills of Materials (BOMs), coordinating endtoend change control processes, and driving process improvements across engineering, operations, and customerfacing teams. The role blends data analysis, crossfunctional communication, and project management to ensure accurate product configuration and smooth implementation of changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update BOMs within AMD's internal PLM system (Agile) to support material ordering and build activities
  • Review AMD BOMs and maintain customer BOMs to ensure alignment after customer PLM releases
  • Understand changemanagement processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive implementation of process changes and coordinate with impacted crossfunctional teams
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with change requirements
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve open items in PLM and issuetracking systems
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to customers on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Prioritize work based on internal and customer process requirements
  • Propose new approaches and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work independently with AMD tools and systems to complete assigned tasks without additional direct

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in project or program management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive issues to closure
  • Strong communication skills for crossfunctional alignment and stakeholder updates
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (Agile or similar)
  • Proven track record of process improvement and continuousimprovement minds

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's degree required
