Overview All hours will be worked on site. The Process Improvement Engineer II position is responsible for serving employees of Unity Point Health - Des Moines by using scientific methods that guide teams and improve processes, and to advance ingraining process improvement into the culture. This position analyzes data using statistics and engineering tools to solve problems including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, queuing theory, optimization, process capability and capacity, control charting, critical path method and systematic layout planning. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related Engineering field or applied science Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in process improvement methods and tools, facilitation and/or training in healthcare License(s)/Certifications: Certification in Quality, Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green) or related | |
