Key Job Responsibilities

  • Considered the "Voice of Hensley" and represents the company through daily customer interactions.
  • Communicates with customers via phone and e-mail to receive orders, update them on status of existing orders and provide/promote new product information.
  • Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of Hensley products to assist dealers with the sale, application and promotion of Company products.
  • Process orders, evaluate open orders and arrange shipments per customers' instructions for both Domestic and International customers.
  • Interact and coordinate with freight forwarders and Hensley logistics department to ship Hensley products to every corner of the world.
  • Develop understanding of international logistics requirements to prepare and maintain documents packages for overseas shipments Work closely with Customers and Outside Sales Reps to resolve issues related to customer orders.
  • Exhibit a positive, professional image in appearance, words and actions.
  • Participate in dealer schools, training and trade shows to advance product knowledge and develop a strong grasp of the industry as a whole.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Must be willing to learn and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies and Hensley Quality Policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Shows an ability to manage time to complete tasks
  • Trustworthy and is a good ambassador for Hensley
  • Experience with CRM software: Salesforce and SAP
  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Service
