Job Title: Software Developer 3. Location: Austin, TX. I. Description of Services: Client requires the services of 1 Software Developer 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the client. We are looking for an Appian Certified Developer to design and deploy business applications using Appian's low-code platform. Responsibilities include developing SAIL interfaces, integrating APIs, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient delivery. Candidates should have a strong technical foundation, Agile experience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Appian Developer Certification is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design and build Appian applications using SAIL and Process Models. Develop integrations with external systems via APIs. Optimize UI performance and responsiveness. Write unit and integration tests. Collaborate with analysts and QA teams for validation. Requirements: Appian or low-code platform development experience. Appian Level 2 Developer Certification. Agile methodology experience. Strong design, development, and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or related technical field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted (high school diploma required). II. Candidate Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience: 8 Years Required: Agile methodology experience. 8 Years Required: Strong design, development, and analytical skills. 8 Years Required: Effective communication and teamwork abilities. 3 Years Required: Appian Level 2 Senior Developer Certification. 3 Years Preferred: 3 or more years of hands-on Appian or low-code platform development experience. 2 Years Preferred: GAMS (Government Acquisition Management Suite).
