Patient Account Representative, Patient Financial Services - Customer Service, Days, Fully Remote

Interacts with callers providing responses to their hospital billing and physician inquiries. Analyzes patient accounts and evaluates results to ensure timely resolution by following set processes. Conveys information effectively, exercises active listening, and makes sound judgments and decisions by using logic and reasoning to identify and solve problems

**This role offers a fully remote work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.**

Required:

• One year in a healthcare setting

Desired:

• One year in a call center or healthcare setting with emphasis on experience regarding insurance, patient billing and other office related duties
• High School Diploma or GED
