Description Develop clear, detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications-similar to a Business Analyst approach. Ensure documentation is updated and accessible for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for process automation and reporting. Provide technical support and resolve issues via the ticketing system within SLA. Ensure data integrity and security across ERP systems. Train end-users and create documentation for system processes. Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to align system functionality with operational needs. 3+ years ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Microsoft Office Certification or 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. 3+ years experience with ticketing systems. 3+ years experience in Power BI and Power Automate.
